Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They're widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information. Similar technologies, like local storage or tracking pixels, work in comparable ways.
2. How we use cookies today
Our website does not set advertising cookies. We use two analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, and our pages load a few third-party resources, described below.
Google Analytics measures how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. It sets first-party cookies: _ga, which distinguishes visitors and lasts up to 2 years, and _ga_<ID>, which keeps track of your session and also lasts up to 2 years. We have turned off Google's advertising features (Google signals and ad personalization), so this data is not used for advertising. Google processes it under Google's privacy policy.
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and performance without using cookies or tracking individual visitors.
Our pages also load Google Fonts, used to display our typefaces; loading a font can involve a request from your browser to Google's servers, which may process standard technical data such as your IP address, in line with Google's own privacy policy.
Pages with a contact form also load Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated bot. It runs a brief check in your browser without advertising or tracking cookies, and is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
3. Types of cookies this policy covers
This section describes the categories of cookies a site like ours may use, and which are active on our website:
4. Third-party cookies
If we embed content from, or link out to, third-party services (for example a scheduling tool, video, or payment processor), those providers may set their own cookies governed by their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review.
5. Managing your cookie choices
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Because strictly necessary cookies support core site functions, blocking all cookies may affect how parts of the site work. You can find instructions for common browsers at their respective support sites.
To stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits on any website, you can install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect how our website works.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our website and the tools we use change. Changes take effect when posted here, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
